Officials Enslaved by Passion

One August day in 2015 some officials were summoned by the respected General Secretary Kim Jong Un.

They were wrapped with rising passion as they frustrated the enemies’ political and military maneuver against our Republic and achieved a great victory under the wise leadership of the respected General Secretary.

Warmly welcoming the officials, the respected General Secretary said that our youths added great strength to him that time and they played a big role in achieving the great victory.

Looking up to the respected General Secretary who imputed to our youths all successes he achieved in the showdown with the U.S.-led imperialists, they could not repress their surging emotion.

Officials recollected the fact that over a million young people petitioned to join and rejoin the Korean People’s Army a day since the news of an emergency enlarged meeting of the Central Military Commission of the Workers’ Party of Korea and an emergency report of the Supreme Command of the KPA.

It was the eruption of our young people’s unshakable faith that we will surely win victory as we uphold the respected General Secretary Kim Jong Un in high esteem.

After a while the respected General Secretary, saying that it is conceivable to other countries that a lot of young people petitioned to join and rejoin the army in such a short span of time, stressed that he will depend on our young people and defeat the enemy and build the socialist power by dint of youth.

Receiving his instruction filled with great trust in and ardent love for our young people, the officials keenly realized again that the great trust of the respected General Secretary Kim Jong Un in youth is indeed the nutrition to raise them as vanguard fighters and heroes of the times.

His Intention Reflected in High Appraisal

There took place a torchlight gala of members of young vanguard at the May Day Stadium in August, 2016, with the attendance of the respected General Secretary Kim Jong Un.

The respected General Secretary Kim Jong Un overlooked the torchlight gala and highly appreciated that the gala was the best in terms of sense of organization and discipline and artistic quality.

Receiving his appreciation, officials recollected with deep emotion the instruction given by the respected General Secretary in October a year before.

Then the respected General Secretary had instructed the ways and methods arising in organizing event using torchlight.

Looking at the excited officials, the respected General Secretary said with satisfaction that the torchlight gala reflected all the Party policies and was more powerful than the hydrogen bomb.

Indeed, the undeserved appreciation of the respected General Secretary Kim Jong Un showed his great trust and expectation that our youths would display their might as the vanguard fighters of the times.
