The following happened one November day in 2018.
That day the respected General Secretary
He said that whenever giving field guidance at the local areas, he had stressed that each provincial Party committee should take control of the work of strengthening the designing institutions and made the designing institutions introduce tele-education system.
His words set the officials deep in thought.
In fact, the designing institutions of every province were not perfect to meet the requirements of the developing times.
They thought that the designing institutions in the provinces were successfully reconstructed thanks to the measures taken by the General Secretary, but it was still too weak to make the architectural design at the height he wanted.
He told the officials that in order to revitalize the construction in the local areas in the future, the provincial Party committees should not miss the work of modernizing the designing organs in the provinces and they can be called the resources and wealth of the relevant provinces.
His teachings reflects how important the position and role of the designing organs in the province were.
Looking round the officials who were filled with emotion, he noted that the provincial Party committees should not spare anything in this work, bearing in mind that the work of training designers and strengthening the designing institutes is an important work for providing an important guarantee for developing their local areas in a peculiar way with natural resources and wealth.
He continued that to this end, it was important to provide the designing institutes with good conditions and send talents including those with aptitude for fine art to the universities in the construction sector while strengthening the designing forces of the provinces by training well the reserves.
And he paid deep attention to strengthening the construction forces of the provinces.
He stressed the need to build up the construction forces well in order to revitalize the construction in the provinces, saying in deep meaning:
The provincial Party committee should discuss how to build up the construction forces of the province itself and take measures. In particular, big efforts should be directed to training the able builders.
He informed the officials of the experience gained in the construction of the Kangwon Provincial Tree Nursery and earnestly requested that every province should train their own powerful builders following the Kangwon Province.
Looking up to him solemnly, the officials made a determination to fulfil their responsibilities and duties in revitalizing the local construction, keeping their minds and steps with the revolutionary time of the respected General Secretary.
