Women’s Union Members Meet to Pledge Revenge on U.S. Imperialists

Women’s union officials and members in the DPRK met at the Sinchon Museum on June 24 to vow revenge on the U.S. imperialists with the approach of June 25, the day of struggle against U.S. imperialism.

Present at the meeting were Pak Thae Sop, secretary of the South Hwanghae Provincial Committee of the Workers’ Party of Korea, women’s union officials from Pyongyang and the province and union members in Sinchon County.

A report and speeches were made there.

The reporter and speakers said that the Korean War was a premeditated war of aggression, ignited by the U.S. imperialists with the ambition to stifle the DPRK by force of arms and dominate Asia and the rest of the world, and a war of massacre in which they mercilessly killed many Koreans in the most cruel and barbarous way.

They called for turning out in the sacred war to annihilate the aggressors on behalf of the mothers and children who died with deep rancor, if the U.S. imperialists ignite another war on this land.

They called for firmly consolidating the revolutionary and class positions of the DPRK, adding luster to the history of great victory generation after generation and demonstrating the revolutionary spirit and mettle of the Korean women in the present gigantic struggle for the comprehensive development of socialist construction, rallied closer around the respected Comrade Kim Jong Un.
