One day in January, 2014, the respected General Secretary Kim Jong Un inspected the State Academy of Sciences.

That day, he paid deep attention to training all the scientists into ardent fighters who firmly trust in and follow only our Party by implanting unshakable revolutionary faith in them.

He said to the officials that the Party organizations of the academy should instill in the scientists the undying leadership exploits of President Kim Il Sung and Chairman Kim Jong Il so that they can cherish a strong will to add luster to the leadership exploits with great successes in scientific research work.

In particular, it is necessary to equip the scientists of the younger generation with strong revolutionary faith, he added.

Then he continued that the scientific front is the outpost line of the struggle to defend socialism.

Looking up to him, the officials made up their minds to achieve brilliant successes on all fronts of socialist construction by dint of science and technology.

Listening to Briefing in Delight

Once, the respected General Secretary visited an e-business institute newly built in Jagang Province.

Being briefed on the programs developed in the province, he highly praised that they had developed lots of programs on their own.

He stressed the need to give precedence to scientific research work, noting that it is an urgent requirement of the developing reality to put all the sectors of the national economy on an IT level.

He added that the programming industry should be rapidly developed and that what is important in program development is to develop programs of our style.

Listening to his instructions, the officials realized once again that the scientists and technicians can actively contribute to the building of a powerful socialist country and the improvement of the people’s living standard when they solve the sci-tech problems with their own efforts and wisdom.
