This year alone dozens of units in the agricultural field won the honor of model sci-tech learning spaces amid the brisk sci-tech dissemination for making all the agricultural workers in the country masters of the rural revolution and preparing them as intelligent workers firmly equipped with modern science and technology.

The Workers’ Party of Korea has called on all of them to learn the advanced farming technology and skillfully handle the modern technical means by actively waging the sci-tech dissemination under the slogan of making all the people well versed in science and technology.

First of all, the Central Committee of the Union of Agricultural Workers of Korea (UAWK) and its organizations at all levels have pushed ahead with the work for arranging and running the agricultural sci-tech dissemination room in a methodological way.

In this process, the technical skill of the agricultural workers was raised and thus they contributed to the high-yielding movement with the sci-tech farming enthusiasm.

In particular, the Ryonpho Greenhouse Farm of the South Hamgyong Provincial Rural Economy Committee was furnished well with equipment including computers, LCD TVs and front projectors and built up the sci-tech data base related to vegetable cultivation, on the basis of it, increased the production by normalizing the dissemination room.

Other units in the agricultural field including the Osandok Farm in Hoeryong City briskly waged the socialist emulation for winning the model sci-tech dissemination rooms, making big stride in the work for preparing the agricultural workers as the intelligent workers.
