Modern houses have appeared at Joyang and Pulgunbyol farms under the South Hamgyong Provincial Rural Economy Committee.

New dwelling houses with all amenities were built in harmony with topographical features of the flat area on the east coast to bring highly-civilized life to farmers.

Present at ceremonies for moving into those new houses were Kim Yong Hak, secretary of the South Hamgyong Provincial Committee of the Workers’ Party of Korea, officials, builders and agricultural workers in Hamju County.

Ri Kwang Hyok, vice-chairman of the provincial people’s committee, made a congratulatory speech. And then licenses for the use of houses were conveyed and speeches made.

Amid cheerful dances, officials visited the agricultural workers to share joy with them.
