Outside the institute he said the Wisong Scientists Residential District and the Natural Energy Institute were not for face-saving but for scientists so that they can devote themselves to the science research work, emphasizing the need to provide scientists and technicians with full conditions for science research.

The accompanying officials were excited by his instructions.

In fact, arriving at the institute the General Secretary praised that the Natural Energy Institute was built well and they should build all the institutes of the State Academy of Sciences wonderfully like that one.
