The women’s union organizations at all levels conduct the revolutionary mass movement to conclude this year in which the success in attaining the struggle goals set by the historic Eighth Congress of the Party should be confirmed.

The women’s union members in Pyongyang Municipality including Central, Mangyongdae, Taedonggang and Taesong districts made active contributions to the 3rd stage construction of 10 000 flats in the Hwasong area.

Those of the General Bureau of the Tanchon Area Mining Industry also devoted their efforts to the construction of the mountain gorge city in the Komdok area.

The women’s union members in Hamhung City and Sunchon City performed good deeds at the Ryongsong Machine Complex and the construction site for the establishment of the C1 chemical industry.

Those in Songrim City of North Hwanghae Province, Songphyong District of Chongjin City, Songchon County of South Phyongan Province and Jaeryong County of South Hwanghae Province also performed good deeds for the prosperity of the country.

Similar successes have been witnessed among the women’s union members in North Phyongan and Jagang provinces.
