Kim Jong Un, president of the State Affairs of the Democratic People’s Republic of Korea, received a message of greeting from Abdel Fattah Al Sisi, president of the Arab Republic of Egypt, on December 25.

The message said:

On this special occasion, I would like to express my sincere hope that the coming year will prioritize promoting dialogue and understanding among people across the globe.

Together, let us strive to foster peace and tolerance while rejecting violence and hatred, ensuring a brighter future for the coming generations.

Additionally, I would like to reaffirm our strong commitment to strengthening the distinguished relations between our two countries. I believe that it is through dedicated joint efforts and ongoing coordination on matters of mutual interest that we can make significant progress in addressing global challenges, particularly in Middle East region, by pursuing just and peaceful solutions to the pressing conflicts of our time to save human lives.
