The Educational Books Printing Plant makes innovations day after day in the production of textbooks for the new school year.

The officials of the plant formulated realistic plans for fulfilling the production assignments ahead of schedule while gradually increasing the production capacity by actively motivating latent reserves and potentiality, and made meticulous arrangements to this end.

The printing and bookbinding workshops operated the sci-tech dissemination room in a substantial way with focus placed on raising the employees’ skill and technical level.

In this process, they increased the operation rate of the equipment by 1.3 times and introduced worthful ideas and proposals to production.

Those of the semi-finished goods workshop renovated an accessory of the important equipment and thus greatly cut down on consumption of manpower and time for the equipment repair and maintenance.

The repairs and maintenance workshop ensured the power-factor at over 98% by repairing tens of electrostatic batteries on their own and contributed to markedly reducing the electricity loss by reactive power.

Suit is followed by other workshops of the plant.

The officials and employees of the plant expand achievements in production by raising enthusiasm for emulation among workshops and workteams.
