One Should Challenge What One Can Do

Last December, an unexpected problem occurred in ensuring the normal operation of the oxygen separator.

We had difficulty in detecting what was wrong as the equipment was an imported one. However, we managed to find out the cause of trouble and it turned out that quite a few elements went wrong with the equipment.

After repeated discussions, we decided to fix the equipment on our own.

We made painstaking efforts to solve relevant sci-tech problems, referring to literature and technical data.

We overcame the bottlenecks of equipment repair one by one and finally finished the job successfully.

In this course, we realized once again that technicians and skilled workers should not rely on others but incessantly build up their own abilities to attain any high goals without fail.

We felt that we can measure up to the requirements of the times only when we make uninterrupted challenges beyond our horizon and faculty.

One Can Achieve Success as Much as He Makes Efforts

When we were manufacturing a new type machine product necessary for freight car production, some people said that it was impossible to make products of high precision with the existing equipment of the complex.

However, we boldly faced the task with confidence in our own strength.

The work of manufacturing dozens of jigs according to the technical processes went smoothly by no means.

For a jig, we tried several times but failed each time.

However, we never gave up and took it up with mechanics and skilled workers of rich experience for discussion, thus finding out the way to succeed. Each of the jigs was produced thus due to such painstaking efforts.

Through the process of manufacturing new machine product we realized once again that one can achieve greater success as much as he makes efforts.

We Should Make Badly Needed Things

Last year our power plant set the target for installing the system of comprehensively analyzing and monitoring all the systems of turbo generator No.8 while newly making up generating capability and launched the technical innovation movement.

We pushed ahead with development of optimized program.

During the process we achieved a great success in installing our style system for real-time monitor of turbo generator operation.

When we devote our abilities to solving problems badly needed for practice, we can be recognized by the collective.
