The people in Usi County, Jagang Province of the DPRK, too, have greeted the start of a new, richer and happier socialist life, along with the news of ceaseless completion of regional-industry factories across the country that proudly inform the whole world of the first fruition of the implementation of the regional development policy of the Workers’ Party of Korea.

The outstanding guidance of the great Party Central Committee provided an auspicious event to the county people who had eagerly waited for the completion of new wonderful factories from the start of their construction.

An inauguration ceremony of the regional-industry factories took place in Usi County on January 25.

Present there were officials and working people in Jagang Province and Usi County, soldier-builders and employees of the factories.

Pak Song Chol, chief secretary of the provincial Party committee, said at the ceremony that the regional development policy reflecting the noble idea of the great Party Central Committee, which regards the people as Heaven, is ushering in a new era of radical changes in the country.

The wonderful edifices showing the dynamic regional development are unthinkable apart from the devoted efforts of the respected Comrade Kim Jong Un who has the noble outlook on life of making selfless sincerity for the happiness of the beloved people, he noted.

Kang Myong Song, chief secretary of the Usi County Committee of the WPK, in his speech expressed the determination to become a standard-bearer and model in applying the popular character of the WPK and its people-first politics and turn the county associated with the leadership exploits of the Party into a people’s paradise good to live in and work.

The owners of the new factories cut an inauguration tape, with their high pride and honor of entering the ideal socialist village before others amid the warm blessings of the benevolent father though they are in a mountainous area.

Beautiful fireworks were displayed and balloons flew up to add to the delight of the completion, decorating the sky of the celebration.

An art performance reflecting the worthwhile life of the county people and a cheerful dancing party were displayed to stir up the festive mood.

The participants went round the factories wonderfully built to ensure modernity, civilization and utility.
