King Norodom Sihamoni and Great Queen Norodom Monineath Sihanouk of Cambodia sent large floral baskets to the DPRK embassy in Phnom Penh on September 13 to mark the 75th founding anniversary of the DPRK.

The floral baskets were laid before the portraits of smiling President Kim Il Sung and Chairman Kim Jong Il.
