Officials and designers of the designing organ in the capital city were dispatched to North Phyongan, Jagang and Ryanggang provinces upholding the Party’s intention of ensuring promptness in the rehabilitation projects by enlisting the design forces in the capital city and regional areas without delay and giving precedence to designing.

Officials of the State General Bureau of Design held an urgent consultation to organize the work of dispatching powerful design forces to the flooded areas.

The general bureau, under the guidance of the Party organization, appointed able officials as managers of design forces which consist of designers from veteran design units in the capital city and detailed the allotment of duties to the relevant units.

The designers of the Pyongyang City Planning and Designing Institute left for the rehabilitation areas as an advance troop in order to ensure the conditions for completing the design as early as possible.

Directly they arrived on the spot, they have grasped the damage situation in detail in close combination with the relevant members and made preparations for mapping out the building allotment plan.

The designers of the Paektusan Institute of Architecture, the Pyongyang Urban Design Institute and other design units, full of enthusiasm to build the architecture in the flood-stricken areas on the highest level, make strenuous efforts and pool their creative wisdom.

Now the officials and designers of the State General Bureau of Design and the design units in the capital city do their best to complete the designs in a shortest span of time.
