A resident who moved into a new house of Hwasong Street spent several wakeful nights as he was grateful for the new house and he was surprised.
A worker of the Central Heating-system Construction Company and a newly-married couple are impressed by the benevolence of the Party and are making a pledge of repayment.
So are the residents living in the Songhwa Street.
Among them the residents living in the 80-storied sky-scraper, symbol of the new street, have deeper impression.
It is not too much to say that the 80-storied sky-scraper is a workers’ apartment.
There are more than tens of worker-couples in the 80-storied sky-scraper.
Under our socialist system which gives precedence to the ordinary workers, the most wonderful houses are provided for working people.
Song They Sing
Under the loving care of the motherly Party the socialist countryside is being face-lifted and the news of housewarming can be heard across the country.
In last January Ri Yong Ho, the second son of Ri Yong On who is working at the 10th work-team of Unbong Farm in Phyongwon County, received the license for the use of a new house.
The old Ri Yong On was moved to tears when he heard the news that his eldest son also moved into a new house.
Now, their whole family members go to work with good feelings in the morning looking at the new houses and, in the evening, sing the benevolence of the Party in the new houses.
The song of gratitude and repayment can also be heard in the new houses of the Sosin Farm of Ryokpho District and the Jasan Farm of Phyongsong City.
The song they sing is, indeed, the greeting of our people to the respected General Secretary
